Standardized application of opioids after anorectal surgery

Abstract:

Pain is one of the most common complications after anorectal disease. Studies have shown that opioids have an irreplaceable effect on the relief of moderate and severe pain, which is strictly controlled because of its addiction. The application of opioids to postoperative pain in anorectal surgery is very controversial. This article reviews the application of opioids to postoperative pain in anorectal surgery at home and abroad, aiming to enlighten the clinical standardized use of opioids.
