Laparoscopic right colon cancer resection with transvaginal specimen extraction (NOSES VIII)

Abstract

Abstract:

Laparoscopic technology has been widely used in the surgical treatment of colorectal tumors, but traditional laparoscopic surgery still requires auxiliary incisions to remove specimens. NOSES ⅧA is one of the most difficult techniques in NOSES, because of the anatomic complexity and variation. Unlike circular stapled anastomosis, the total laparoscopic reconstruction of the digestive tract is more complex. This article reports a case of right colon tumor with transvaginal specimen extraction.
