Abstract:

With the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment technology, the prolongation of human life and the gradual aggravation of environmental pollution, the incidence of multiple carcinomas increase year by year, and it′s highly likely to be missed or misdiagnosed. Breast cancer incidence is high, while the incidence of duodenal ampulla carcinoma and small intestine carcinoma is low, it is more rare for three malignant tumors heterochronously to appear in the same patient and lead to postoperative input loop intestinal obstruction. A case of multiple intestinal obstruction caused by primary small intestinal cancer was reported in the Department of Oncology, Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.
