Abstract:

Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES) is a new field of development with advantages of minimally invasive, good operability and feasibility. As a new minimally invasive method, it has been gradually applied to patients with gastric and colorectal tumors. However, there is still a gap in pancreatic surgery, especially the most challenging pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). This procedure is the clinical application of NOSES in pancreaticoduodenectomy. The successful implementation broadens the scope of application of NOSES and provides a reference for the development of minimally invasive pancreatic surgery.
