Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the diagnosis and treatment process of local recurrence and massive abdominal wall defect after colon cancer treatment in Colorectal Surgery Department of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. With complete resection of the recurrent tumor, the large abdominal wall defect was repaired with pedicled skin flap from thigh, satisfactory results were obtained.
