Abstract

Abstract:

With the improvement of the cancer treatment strategy, the survival time of tumor patients has been significantly extended, followed by increased incidence of secondary primary tumor. There is no standard treatment strategy for multiple primary carcinomas due to different origination and biology. Here we reported a case of multiple primary colon carcinomas with thyroid carcinoma with lung metastases. Under the guidance of multidisciplinary team, individualized treatment strategy successfully yielded a better quality of life and longer survival time.
