One case report of adjuvant chemotherapy for rectal carcinoma with myocardial infarction

Abstract:

The chemotherapy regimen is particularly important for colorectal carcinoma patients with postoperative basic diseases, especially myocardial infarction. The patient in this case, diagnosed as postoperative stage IIIC rectal carcinoma with myocardial infarction, was treated with raltitrexed-based chemotherapy regimen. The treatment was successfully and the heart function remained stable. In this case report, we share the treatment process as follows.
