Abstract

Abstract:

Rectal prolapse (RP) is one uncommon anorectal surgical diseases, the Chinese medicine called it ″prolapse of anus″、″hemorrboid complicated with prolapse or anus″、″proctoptosis″ and so on. In the last hundred years, We have a lot of research on the treatment of the disease, we reported one case which have significant curative effect on diagnosis and treatment process of Ⅱ degree rectal prolapse with columnar sutrue rectal mucosa. Dot injecting plus external sphincter floding operation and replenish spleen and qi therapy, we will analysis and discuss the comprehensive treatment of rectal prolapse.
