Methods

100 cases of SPFS patients received combined sacral nerve stimulation were randomly divided into the following groups, (1) S3 electrical stimulation group (2) Non-S3 electrical stimulation group (3) Bilateral electric stimulation group (4) S3, S4 electrical stimulation group (5) S1, S3 electrical stimulation group. To Compare results of above groups and select best group.

Results

Clinical results of each stimulation group: S3, S4 electrical stimulation group>bilateral S3 stimulation group>S1, S3 electrical stimulation group>S3 electrical stimulation group>non S3 electrical stimulation group.

Conclusion

The best combination of the effect of electrical stimulation is S3, S4 electrical stimulation group.
