The current situation and prospect of fast track surgery

Abstract:

Fast track surgery is a series of perioperative multidisciplinary approaches including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative techniques, which could reduce the complications, postoperative pain, costs and the length of hospital stays.Researches of fast track programs had shown significant advantages, however, the widely application of fast track surgery requires more introduction.
