Abstract:

Rectal cancer is a common tumor that seriously threatens human life and health, and its incidence is increasing year by year. With the development of science and technology and the maturity of surgical techniques, people have higher and higher requirements for minimally invasive surgery. Da Vinci robotic surgery has gradually been unveiled and mastered by more surgeons. In this operation, the Da Vinci robotic surgery platform was used to realize the natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES), and the CRC-NOSES ⅠB-eversion method was used to treat low rectal cancer, and the selection of surgical methods, the advantages and disadvantages of robotic surgery, and the control of the sterile and tumor-free principle of NOSES were discussed.

Key words: Rectal neoplasms, Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES), Da Vinci robot, Laparoscopes
