Abstract:

Presacral cysts refer to benign tumors occurring between the sacrum and rectum. They are relatively clinically rare and have occult onset. Most of them are congenital, a few are acquired, and few malignant changes are rare. Due to the complexity of the surrounding structures and the narrow operating space, they are still a refractory disease. This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of a case of anterior sacral cyst complicated with low rectal cancer.

Key words: Pelvic, Sacrum, Presacral space, Low rectal cancer, Laparoscope
