Selection of surgical procedures for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

Abstract:

Because of its repeated bleeding, prolapse, pain, discomfort and other symptoms, circular mixed hemorrhoids seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Conservative treatment is often difficult to alleviate the symptoms, and most of them need surgical treatment. The basic principle of surgical treatment is to solve the symptoms, but it is required to improve the symptoms as much as possible, but also to minimize anal injury. Although there are many methods for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, there are some defects and it is difficult to achieve satisfactory clinical effect. At present, the commonly used surgical methods for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids include whitehead operation, Milligan Morgan operation, PPH operation, TST operation, RPH operation.
