Abstract:

Perianal pseudoepithelial hyperplasia, also known as pseudocarcinoid hyperplasia. It is a rarely benign perianal disease secondary to the benign hyperplasia of perianal squamous epithelial cells. Its etiology and mechanism are unknown, and there is no uniform guideline for its treatment. This article reports a case of perianal pseudoepithelial neoplasia, which aims to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia around the anus for clinicians, in order to avoid misdiagnosis or even missed diagnosis.
