Abstract:

With the gradual development of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES) in China, there is no auxiliary incision on the abdominal wall after the operation, the postoperative recovery is fast, and the advantages of good cosmetic effect have been widely recognized. Da Vinci robotic surgery system innovatively overcomes many limitations of traditional laparoscopic technology, and its clinical efficacy in the field of colorectal surgery has been widely recognized and popularized at home and abroad. Robotic-assisted upper rectal cancer resection transrectal specimen extraction is a technique worth promoting.
