Laparoscopic right colon cancer radical resection transrectal specimen extraction without abdominal incision (CRC-NOSES-Ⅷ type B)

Abstract:

Laparoscopic right colon cancer radical resection transrectal specimen extraction (CRC-NOSES-Ⅷ type B) is a kind of total laparoscopic right colon cancer surgery which extract specimen through natural orifices without abdominal incision. Laparoscopic diseased tissue dissociated and digestive tract reconstruction; the specimen was pulled out from the anus through the incision on the anterior wall of rectum, no auxiliary incision on abdomen; postoperative pain is slight and it is convenient for patients to get out of bed and restore exhaust as soon as possible; and there is no scar on abdominal wall, avoid the psychological trauma and burden, patients can resume normal work and other social activities much better.
