Total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy with modified delta-shaped anastomosis by trans-anal specimen extraction

Abstract:

Total laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (TLDG) with modified delta-shaped anastomosis by trans-anal specimen extraction is one of natural ori?ce specimen extraction surgeries (NOSES) which is a technique for the removal of specimens through natural lumens. The specimen is pulled out from the anus through the anterior rectal wall. There is no auxiliary wound in the abdomen.
