Abstract

Abstract:

There are many surgical methods for colorectal carcinoma with synchronous liver metastases. In this paper, 3D laparoscopic rectal cancer resection combined with hand assisted liver metastasis resection has been described in detail. Compared with the total laparoscope resection of liver metastases, the approach is relatively simple and easy to operate.
