Abstract

Abstract:

One patient with transverse colon leiomyosarcoma was reported. Combined with the literature review, the clinical manifestation and treatment principles were summarized for exploring the diagnosis and treatment of colon leiomyosarcoma. The patient recovered well. Colon leiomyosarcoma is very rare. Racidal resection remains the first choice of treatment.
