Abstract

Abstract:

Laparoscopic colon surgery has been widely accepted. Recently our department had carried out a series of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery, Transanal specimen extraction of laparoscopic left hemicolon excision without abdominal auxiliary incision has better short-term effects, such as less postoperation pain, shorter anal exsufflation time, shorter hospitalization time. We will discuss the surgery in this paper.
