Delorme's procedure for rectal prolapse

Abstract:

Although there are more than a hundred surgical methods, mainly including the transabdominal and the transperineal approaches, in treating the proctoptoma.The clinical effects of these procedures showed lots of defects.Delorme’s procedure as a comparatively simpler and safer operation could be a better choice, for it has less postoperative complications and better recovery of constipation and incontinence.
