Minimize the postoperative anal fuctionalimpairment in anal fistula surgery by accurate diagnosis

Abstract:

Anal fistula is a common disease in colorectal surgery.Due to lack of the uniform standards, the fistulotomy was often of great damage that lead to postoperative fecal incontinence.Therefore, the total sphincter preserve procedure should be done to reduce the rate of fecal incontinence and increase the success rate.
