目前新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）疫情防控形势严峻，截止至2020年2月29日，全国已派出4.2万人的医疗力量至抗疫前线进行救治。医疗队主要包括呼吸、感染、重症、护理等方面的医务人员。在抗击病毒的第一线，同样也活跃着外科同道的身影，外科医护工作者大多需具有扎实的内科治疗基础、重症监护经验，了解呼吸、循环、消化等全身多脏器的支持与治疗；具有丰富的多学科协作模式（MDT）经验，与其他学科合作，对复杂COVID-19患者进行讨论分析，制定精准、个性化的治疗方案；自身的专业知识、技能过硬，能够及时会诊和处理COVID-19患者合并的外科疾病；并且在日常工作中养成的无菌观念与操作规范，使外科医生更加适应感染病区工作环境。本文结合援鄂救援队外科医生参与抗疫工作体会和相关文献进行总结，旨在为新型冠状病毒肺炎防疫期间的广大医务工作者提供一些新的启发。

The situation of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) prevention and control remains severe worldwide. By February 29, 2020, about 42 000 medical care workers (MCWs) had been dispatched to Wuhan in Hubei province front lines against the epidemic outbreak. They mainly include doctors, nurses and paramedical workers in the respiratory, infection, critical care and nursing fields. As another important medical force, surgeons are also actively participating in the fight against COVID-19 in the front lines. The dispatched surgeons are required to have a solid foundation in medical treatment, rich experience in intensive and critical care, and a good understanding and practice in supportive and symptomatic treatment of respiratory, circulatory, digestive and other systemic diseases. In addition, they should have rich multidisciplinary team experience and cooperation with other specialties in discussion and analysis of patients with complex COVID-19 and formulation of precise and personalized therapeutic plans. They also need to be equipped with versatile professional knowledge and skills and able to deal with surgery-related complications of the COVID-19 patients, or provide related consultation opinions to the attending MCWs. More importantly, the aseptic knowledge and standardized practice formed in their daily work help surgeons better adapt to the working environment of the infected areas. This article is a summary of the experience and practice of surgeons working in the rescue teams in Wuhan and Hubei front lines against COVID-19 in the context of a literature review, hoping that our experience could provide some new inspirations to MCWs during the prevention and control of COVID-19.
