术后感染是结直肠癌术后患者最常见的并发症之一,主要包括以下几种类型:手术部位感染、腹腔感染、盆腔感染、泌尿系统感染、呼吸系统感染、膈下脓肿、菌血症等,不仅给患者带来痛苦,还增加医疗成本。目前国内外对于结直肠手术围术期感染的危险因素和预防措施进行大量的研究,不仅涉及到外科医生、手术室护士,麻醉医生也起到重要作用。本文将对结直肠癌患者术后感染的危险因素及防治进行综述。

Postoperative infection is one of the most common complications in patients who undergoing colorectal cancer surgery, which including: surgical site infection, abdominal infection, pelvic infection, urinary tract infection, respiratory infection, subphrenic abscess and bacteremia. It not only increases pain, but also increases medical cost. A large number of studies investigated about the risk factors of infection and preventive measures have shown that the surgeons and operating room nurse played an important role in postoperative infection, as well as the anesthesiologist. This article will review postoperative infection risk factors and provide a prevention in patients with colorectal cancer.
