全民健康观念的提出和大力推行使得原有的医生角色不能适应现今的医疗卫生服务体系。因此，深入剖析全民健康的内涵，理清医学模式演变的历史轨迹以及随之变化的医生职能，借鉴发达国家医疗改革经验，并结合我国实际情况对全民健康模式下的医生职能进行再定位具有重要意义。

关键词: 伦理学，医学, 哲学，医学, 全民健康, 医生职能

The concept of ″universal health″ makes the original doctor′s role which can not been adapt to today′s health service system. Therefore, it was of great significance to further analyze the connotation of the universal health, to clarify the history of medicine pattern evolution and the changes of the functions of doctors. We should learn from the developed countries′medical reform experience, and combine the actual situation in our country, for relocating the doctor′s functions.
