营养疗法应该成为肿瘤患者的基本治疗

营养不良在恶性肿瘤患者中的发生率较高，并且直接或间接影响患者的治疗效果和预后。因而建立完善的营养状态评估体系，以及适时、积极的营养支持对肿瘤患者的治疗有重要意义。笔者就营养不良造成的各方面影响，及中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养与支持治疗专业委员会最新提出的诊疗路径加以阐述。

Malnutrition has a higher incidence in the patients with malignant tumors, which has adverse effects on the treatment and prognosis.Thus the foundation of nutrient status assessment system, as well the well-timed and aggressive nutritional support are significant for the patients.This article will introduce the adverse effects of malnutrition and declare the directional clinical pathway by the Committee of Nutritional Oncology and Supportive Therapy Society belonging to the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association.
